A lot of characters received clairvoyance in the books and they are not red priests.
The necromancy is a tricky one since the kiss of fire only worked on some characters, we don't really understand how it works but I don't think Catelyn Stark is going to the North to fight the White Walkers in the books. The Night King has some necromancy power and we saw that the Children of the Forest manage to keep Benjen consciousness without being Rh'llor supporter so there must be some powerfull magic that can bring people back to life.
And if Rhllor exist then the Great Other should exist too but it's the CotF who the White Walker, not the God of Ice and Death.
