I know this movie is fucking garbage and I hate Kevin Smith... but it has a weird comfy nostalgic place in my mind due to it always being on Comedy Central in my teenage years

You can tell Kevin is a comic book guy, that speech is the same one as one you read in the latter issues of Lucifer (great comic btw).

Oh, I've seen it, just didn't noticed it from the scenes. It's been a few years.

Dogma is unironically Kevin Smith's best movie, and probably his most unique one to boot. It's very him and it feels like no one else could have envisioned it. It also has some of Affleck's best acting.
