Thinking of Leftovers now. It seems US media is by default stuck on a judeochristian framework so they have to keep asking the same questions over and over. Is tehre a creator? What would he think about us? What happens after we go, and where do we go? Which isn't bad per se but it heavily limits the narratives they can do.
