these people, by and large, are college drop-outs who never had a real job in their life. Why the fuck do people take their views on politics, or anything for that matter, seriously?

stand up comics are court jesters. they should be laughed at and pitied. and occasionally they can insult the king, but only coming from a place of humility and dejectedness. Not with throngs of fans declaring them modern day sages.
