I wouldn't discount camera angles and lens shape. There's examples about how lens sizes do actually change the shape of a person's face. Although, if I were an actor, I'd totally get surgery to make myself look better.

Don't blame anybody for getting a hair transplant. If I go bald when I get older I probably will too, I look like a scraggy nutsack when I'm bald. I shaved my own head once and my own mother told me I looked like an alien.
