Lauer, no contest. Bring a guy on your talk show to promote his movie, then almost immediately cross the line and start asking deeply personal questions that Tom clearly didn't want to discuss. I understand as a journalist, your job is to "get the scoop," but it's the fucking Today Show, not 60 minutes. Your audience is bored moms who just want to put on something they can actively ignore.
