Miller's Crossing isn't actually good though. The main character seems like some sort of masturbatory... power fantasy isn't the right word, but he's boring.

Barton Fink is great, especially if you go in with no expectations, but O Brother Where Art Thou is my favorite.

Agreed, its very kafkaesque even though they apparently never read him (which is pretty pathetic to be honest but whatever)

Anyone else get really conflicted on this? It's very enjoyable to watch but I just disagree so much with it and their style conflicts with the message.
