Introduce the concept of 'Generals' to gather all related posts to a single thread.
So have one thread solely dedicated to Game of Thrones, one for horror, or individual movies can have their own general. Celeb and paparazzi news all go in a single thread.
Not sure what you can do about the underage poster though.
