You're projecting, and those example are mostly cherry-picked. Dan writes trashy, low brow comedy shows for children, and doing that requires using the cheapest, dumbest jokes possible. Feet are part of that because kids find them gross, so its easy to base gross-out jokes around them. He features feet about as much as bad dancing, silly faces, and other bad physical comedy.
