Irreversible isn't that great, in my opinion. Unlike a movie like Momento, this story doesn't really make sense to be told in reverse. The climax happens in the first twenty minutes, then about halfway through it turns into some cheesy romantic comedy. Yeah, yeah, I get it, "time ruins everything" or whatever. That doesn't make the story interesting or engaging once the action is over. I would like it better if it was told in chronological order.
