It's fucking shock shlock bullshit dressed up as a harrowing tale of addiction. The cinematography is shit and the fucking ridiculous editing combine to make it just barely watchable. The believability of the characters is laughable. I mean basically it's just there to appeal to edgy 13 year olds who've never experienced the profound joy of sucking dick for heroin, and attempts to scare them into staying that way, which is homophobic, ableist and gay.
