>88 in metascore
is this actually decent? I really hated Ben Foster in 3:10 to Yuma
great movie
>>86199879
Yeah.
>>86199580
>I really hated Ben Foster in 3:10 to Yuma
I stopped judging people a long time ago but what you just said triggered me, you are a fucking whore Ben Foster is one of the most underrated american actors.
>>86199580
Terrific film. Excellent critique of the current middle class crisis in the US
>>86199960
Sorry about that. I liked him inWarcraft
>>86199580
I unironically love pretty much everything about this beautifully shot film
>>86199580
It was a top 10 movie of the year for me.
It's great. Also check out this new kino by the same writer/director.
>>86199580
Yes. On par with No Country for Old Men.
>>86200330
It's definitely a step down from No Country, let's be honest, with the random cowboy monologuing and all. Still a 9/10 movie though
>>86200366
agreed. it not No country, but it a darn good movie
>>86200330
Really
Guess I'll avoid it. Thanks
>>86200614
Such a qt native girl
It's not that good at all, i don't get the hype. It's competent, rote.
>>86200292
this is his directorial debut plus this is supposed to be the ending of his modern western trilogy which started with sicario. also spoiler this movie will somehow have a connection to the last 2 movies
>>86200665
Yeh it's kino bud
>>86199580
it's one of the better movies of this kind
foster is appropriately over the top
actually the only movie where i didn't dislike pine's acting
>>86200771
she's not native, she's just from florida and tans a lot
what's nice about her is she went high test and found success
>>86199580
its very good
>>86201608
I was not referring to the waitress - I was referring to the bank teller, played by Amber Midthunder
>>86201608
is that the prostitute from rat race?
"Boy, you'd think there were ten of me..."

>>86201608
Think he was referring to the girl from legion
Jesus, sure are a few retards in this thread.
>>86199580
>I really hated Ben Foster in 3:10 to Yuma
...why. he was great. he's always great.
>>86200330
>On par with No Country for Old Men
So it's mediocre.
>>86201876
the mechanic was shit
>>86201952
>the mechanic
sure, but he wasn't.
> But why? you don't even look like mexicans
Kek. It's good, but not great. I feel like it tried
too hard
>>86202120
try harder next time
awful movie and a clear redditor detector
its shit
>>86200089
faggot
I liked it the most out of the Best Picture nominees
Great film, too good for /tv/ to discuss. In fact, name one film in the past 5 years that had really good discussion on this board.
>>86202883
bvs
>>86200330
nowhere near that but still good
>>86199580
That Taurus was beastly, I didn't know that shitwagon could look so good. Sorry /o/ here
>>86199580
best movie of 2016
>>86200089
>banks, theyr'e bad
excellent critique indeed
>>86202883
The only discussion of movies happen in /webm/ threads
I don't remember anything that happened in it.

>>86199580
Yes it is. Its very very overrated by some people who think watching a well executed indie neo-western means its the best movie of the year.
Its above average, good performances, good cinematography and action, pretty cliche plot and writing. Worth a watch.
>>86199580
88 seems a little high to me. It's well-written and well-acted but you expect every single thing that happens in the movie to happen.
It's a solid 6 in reality.
>>86200292
"an engaging thriller" is a great poster quote
>>86203483
surface level pleb
>>86199580
It's okay. The shots of rural America are pretty. Jeff Bridges and his Native American friend have good bantz. Engaging story, but it goes on a bit too long.
7/10
>>86208014
Yeah, I liked the rural shots. Nailed that look of Texas. Watched this opening and didn't even think they'd edited the sky
