Yes. It's not really a normal comedy show, though; it's more of a black comedy that focuses on the effects of mental illness. And it's pretty accurate about how it show depression and the like, sometimes the show gets downright bleak.

This. It's a pretty bland comedy that's entirely based around a pretty dumb gimmick (people dressed as animals). The American version at least had some substance to it.
