It is so episodic a movie wouldn't be the best way.

Option 1: Write a new short story with Araki. Throw together a JoJo adaption of "And Then There Were None" of ten characters trapped on an island killing each other with twists.

Option 2: Get a Netflix series. The easiest to adapt would be going straight to part 6. Female lead, all set in a prison (limited sets), in America, somewhat stand alone etc...
