I haven't seen the episode in a long time, but....Bobby and Bill have an interesting dynamic throughout the show. That Bill, unmarried and the last of his family line, is able to pass down part of himself to his best friend's son, is kind of the whole point. Bill will never have a son, but he does have Bobby.
Also Peggy name to the guy she had sex with and it was some homo she knew back home in Montana. Also there is no way Mike Judge intended Hank to be a cuck when he already had Dale. I could go on but your theory just doesn't hold.
