He saves Bran from falling, and then tries comforting him because he can tell he's freaking out. I have a thing for noble, arrogant dickheads. I liked him in season 1 and in book 1 from his first scene, he's pretty much the only reason I still watch the show and follow the story. Tyrion was much better in the books. I'm not the biggest fan of the books, I've always said GRRUM is a hack and many characters were quite a lot shittier than they are in the show - Jon, Renly, I even loved show Bobby B. Tywin was cool in the books, but even better in the show.

Anyway, Tyrion in the books doesn't really give a shit and he's a worthless failure, really. He has his moments, but he's more decadent, more consistent honestly.

In the show he's le master ruseman wise man, who cares about everyone and is the nicest person alive and he's just suffered so much. It's just started getting fucking sickening.

He'll be fine. They've made a lot of stupid decisions in the show, but having Jaime die off screen would be akin to killing someone like Sansa off screen. He's been in almost every episode since S1E1, they wouldn't do him dirty like that.
