I also never stretch out all the way--I'm pretty good about not falling asleep, but I do have a hard job and it's becoming easier to do on accident as I age.

I'm always lying in my bed with in-ear earphones in anyway (best sound reproduction possible), the only difference between browsing and watching a movie is I turn off my lamp and put the mouse and keyboard down.
