That's fair. Oldman does have a couple of great scenes though. Really, the whole movie just depresses me... it's one of those 'wasted potential' things. It was maybe 2 or 3 wrong decisions from being a fucking masterpiece.

Interview is pretty great, but I'm not sure which vamp I'd pick. They're all pretty good... even little kirsten dunst has some great moments in there.

It is one of those roles where Cruise pulls a classic keanu move, and just fits into a role where he can play himself and his natural weirdness is a benefit to the character.
