This movie is absolutely baffling. It's most definitely among the worst movies every created in its budget range, probably the single worst. Aside from the behind-the-scenes accounting going on and contracts like the anon above me mentioned it's so bad it seems like some sort of memetic SCP that escaped containment and was released full-scale onto the public
