Best would have been unapologetic TOS uniforms. Enterprise's Mirror episodes and Doctor Who both proved modern audiences don't flinch at strait up 1960's style in a modern show.

Second best would be the JJ Abrams ones.

I don't hate the Discovery uniforms though. It's shockingly consistent with established Starfleet designs, like in just a few years they went from TOS to The Motion Picture, to the Wrath of Khan uniforms which look nothing alike... but then they just kept that design for almost 100 years.
