I don't understand how kong could possibly go up against zilla unless they were roughly the same size and weight.

Assuming there's no clear size difference though, there's the issue of body hair. Godzilla's flame breath would absolutely keep kong burning for a long fucking time because of his hair.

Alternatively, again assuming no clear size difference, they'd be pretty equal physically. Kong ripped up like a dozen t-rexes by himself.

PS. Godzilla is a few letters away from Gorilla. Stay woke y'all.
