DT strikes the perfect balance between surface level disgusting shock humor and witty jokes and subtle easter eggs. Also it never really has the characters deliver hamfisted and contrived speeches without immediately dropping another joke or making the situation absurd (point in case when the cucumber goes apeshit and starts killing everyone after Foxxy opined that the Bible is all interpretation and shit).

Also god tier use of production music and running gags.
S1 is comparatively tame and focuses a lot on the reality show aspect, S2 is better and S3 is just fucking insane where nothing makes sense anymore. I'm actually glad it got cancelled after only three seasons. I wouldn't want to experience it getting worse like other shitty shows that never end.
