Why would it make more sense? They are basically ubersoldiers with innate drive to fulfill the orders moreso than any normal troop. Don't forget that they were the Republic army, not Jedi army, and they just got a message that jedi tried to assassinate to Supreme Chancelor of the republic and frankly clones have no reason to like jedi, since the only ones who treated them well were Anakin, Ashoka and Obi Wan.
