Is it the show of the year so far?It is and you're wrong if you disagree.
This is what Bra could have been if it hasn't devolved into "cartoon science man vs. the comic book villain"
Literally the only thing BrBa had on it is Cranston
Bump for (You)s
yeah man it was p cool
Bateman is always watchable

He's directing, too. I was impressed.
>yfw "A bunch of fucking rednecks"
I mean, don't get me wrong, the gay feds were kind of a gay thing to have just to have. But it was good.
How does construction launder money?
Does he like, own the company he overpays?

what's with the lack of reviews? IGN hasn't touched it.
I find the characters very interesting, but sometimes it is very obvious that this was written by people who live in a city and have never met a person from a rural town.

He doesn't actually overpay them, he just says he overlays them. The money goes elsewhere.I think.

No, it's pretty boring.
I can't stand any of the scenes with the rednecks, they're fucking corny and really the only thing I care about is watching Bateman make money from nothing.
It kinda feels like Justified in that it's mostly boring filler.
it was meh. highlights are how they portrayed multiple sides of most of the characters and Bateman's performance.
it got boring and kinda fizzled out as it went on. Linda and Charlotte are genuinely fucking irritating. the show didn't grab me enough to convince me to watch a second season if there is one.

that scene was awful but surprisig

Season 1 of BB is infinitely more watchable than this blue-filtered hack attempt at a ripoff.
Ozark is worse than season 5 of BB.
>yo what if we took these braindead hicks and made it so they were actually cunning and smart
>whoah that's like looks can be totally deceiving so original
>>85909945
No. BB is better written and better shot.

>it is very obvious that this was written by people who live in a city and have never met a person from a rural town.
What makes you say that? I grew up in rural America and didn't find too much ridiculous shit with the rednecks characters.

Certain phrases that give it away. The only significant one I can think of is early on when the bearded redneck was talking about the statute of limitations. Maybe it was the way he said it but it just didn't feel right to me.
