When a dog bites you it's with its bodyweight. So unless you are getting bitten by a pupper, you have teeth in your arm with 50 to even 200lbs suddenly on you. Keep in mind that "Cujo" takes place in the same universe as Needful Things, the Dark Half, the Dead Zone, Stand by Me, It, and other stories...
