I get that we're meant to hate Kevin Smith, but that was unironically a good movie, and technically leagues ahead of his other films (and hell, it was even more competent than a tent pole film like Ghost In The Shell in terms of shot selection, performances and editing) and I found the conclusion honestly naueseating and horrific.
