I like the running gag of history repeating itself
>Biff line constantly getting covered in shit
>Marty slowly waking up and realize it wasnt a dream

And also small stuff like how Doc and Marty switch their catchphrase "heavy stuff" and "great scott!" In the last movie.

All three movies had great trivia, some minor mistakes, but they were just enjoyable to watch. They probably couldve dropped the whole Spike arch tho, since that was really vague in the second movie, and sort of forgotten until the end of the 3rd.
