>Blacks will love it

Idris Elba is the only nigger I would fug
Stephen King wouldnt let a real director make it, and Idris is at least doing his job to promote the shit out of the shit movie.
Hopefully thew show will be way better and not a second cycle
>>85896181
I keep hearing this, but do you have any proof that King did not want Frank Darabont?
>>85892184
He did a great job. The problem is mcconeghey and the rest of the whites
>>85892184
Elba's not the reason the movie is shit.
>>85892184
It'd be cool if it wasn't based on some shitty books.
I like the concept of a gunslinger Elba.
>>85897516
The fact that they cast him is a symptom of the same sickness that made the movie shit.
Idris Elba is great
The guns in this movie, christ. How retarded are these people
>that part where the cylinder swings out on a break action revolver
Fucking hell
>>85896181
i'm surprised king isn't banging a black woman.
Do black people even like Westerns?
>>85892184
>Out of my way, End-World fucking shits.

Are you trying to say the film would be good if it starred prime Eastwood? because it wouldn't
>>85892184
"We better hurry up, rent is coming around the corner and I need my easy cheques."
>>85897929
no i think it's a symptom of you being a racist NEET /pol/tard who gets triggered every time he sees a black person because nobody loves you.
>>85901660
>being objective and not racist = reddit
>>85902152
Pretty much this, desu. Based Elbows was the decent burger patty between two shit buns.

He probably makes more money in a year than you'll make in a decade.

>He probably makes more money in a year than you'll make in a decade.
t Idris
I was talking about the whole production staff and actors. The question was concerning what were "they" thinking. But good on you for revealing how butthurt you are that this flick is going to be shit and bomb.
>>85902377
That's a distinct possibility, but I'm a big fan of Idris ever since his portrayal of Stringer Bell in The Wire.
Casting him as a character that was originally white isn't inherently wrong, but casting a black actor to play a white character where his whiteness was an integral part of his relationship to other characters and the wold he inhabits is a strong indicator that there isn't much respect for the source material in this adaptation.
