What a waste of money. They could've spent the money on just making another David Lynch show.

Because Twin Peaks is a safer gamble than a new Lynch project. Showtime must have forgot that Twin Peaks tried it's hardest to get people to stop watching it, 'peaking' with the god awful prequel film that nobody liked or cared about until Lynch worship spread through the internet.
