BvS. There are so many subtle details and references, both internal and external, that I doubt there's anyone who's both familiar with comics as well as film techniques to get them all in a single viewing. It is literally better every single time you watch it.

Hercules Returns. I've seen it more times than I can count and even listened to it audio-only and I still sometimes pick up jokes that I'd missed.

Any great movie, but particularly ones with big plot reveals toward the end so you can pick up foreshadowing, subtleties in the performances, etc. when you rewatch. Chinatown's a good example of this, you can't fully appreciate a lot of details until you know the whole story and understand the characters.
