Self-proclaimed "nerds" need to get it out of their heads that in order to be serious fans of a franchise you have to see every single thing in the Marvel Universe.

Also, the whole DC-Marvel ""rivalry"" means that these huge film companies have armies of established fans before they've even made the films. They don't need to be quality because, no matter what, hordes of fans will not only see it just so that they don't miss the next Marvel/DC movie, but will also praise a piece of shit just because they're constantly, pointlessly measuring dicks with another franchise.

Marvel is going to crash and burn after avengers 4, people will be fatigued with super hero movies at this point and no one wants to sit through another 10 years of build up. Black Panther, guardians depending on who survives and maybe Captain Marvel will be their cash cows, I don't really see phase 4 being anywhere near successful as the current arc, or anyone giving a shit about new characters at this point when most of the originals have been killed off
