get a Roku or Firestick, /v/irgin

Great but, people who buy criterions for the logo are idiots, especially when a film already has a decent blu ray release and is much cheaper.

I always see idiots asking for shit like Blue Velvet to be put into the collection when it's blu ray is actually good and has some good special features

They put out some good movies, and I really like the bonus content you get. Really overpriced, though.

pic related is my personal favorite out of their releases

give an example where this is true, where Criterion doesn't add extras or improve the transfer

protip: you can't, and don't do any of this importing other regions' blu-rays bullshit or what have you

Fire Walk With Me and Barry Lyndon.
>>
>>85850849
well done om
>>

>Fire Walk With Me
finally having it available outside of the box set is good for those that don't want to buy the entire series (like me; and i hope someone releases The Return separate, too)

>Barry Lyndon
will finally be presented for the first time in its theatrical aspect ratio of 1.66:1 on home video instead of 1.33:1 like it has been. plus iirc new extras
>>
>>85851089
>Barry Lyndon
Criterion's Barry Lyndon is adding a shit ton of special features that aren't on the standard release

>1.66:1 on home video instead of 1.33:1
oh wow, the picture will be slightly wider. amazing. pls take my $40 bucks, Criterion!
