I don't mind Gul Dukat masterminding the end of the galaxy while Sisko is preoccupied with the Dominion war. I do however mind that it gets resolved in literally the last 5 minutes when Sisko senses a disturbance in the force runs to a cave and pushes Dukat off a cliff ending the story.
