Seriously. I've never really tried, so it seems daunting to me.
I don't get how normies are able to invest the time into watching so many TV shows. It's like, whenever the topic of television comes up, everyone seems to know and keep up with at least 3-4 shows that are currently airing or popular.

It's not. 90% of an episode of television is filler, and the remaining 10% is stuff that is mediocre at best. In the time it takes you to go through 6 or 7 seasons of a show like Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead you can watch AFI's or Sight and Sound's Top 100 which is infinitely more rewarding and a better use of your time.

No, you should only watch television that is actually good. If we ignore miniseries like Kieslowski's "Ten Commandments" or Ingmar Bergman's forays into television, the only television programmes genuinely worth watching are "The Sopranos", "Twin Peaks" and "Twin Peaks: The Return".
