Do you ever watch films with the audio commentary track? What are some of your favorites? Lord of the Rings commentaries are comfy.
A few. Cannibal The Musical has an amazing commentary track where a bunch of the cast members get hammered and watch the movie. Also the Tropic Thunder commentary track where Robert Downey Jr. does the entire track in character as Lincoln Osiris is pretty great.

Not really. Most directos hate doing them, and the ones that do love doing them are delusional egoistic pricks.

What about Dunkirk?
Oliver stone does great commentaries. The only downside to some are he almost always autisticly says "that's an effect shot" when it's something obvious like the moon in "the doors"... pic related.
But with most of his political films he adds so much backstory to the events... worth a listen.
Ahnuld commentaries are great

These plus Edgar Wright commentaries rarely disappoint. It's a shame RateThatCommentary isn't more popular because it's annoying to waste time hear "this was a funny scene" tier shit.
