which is better?

The Clone Wars. But the hate Rebels gets is mostly unfounded.

Please tell us whats good about this kids show

I haven't even watched this retarded looking shit and I can tell you TCW is leagues ahead of it
>>85654113
The Clone Wars, obviously.

Fucking hell, it's worse than I could have ever imagined.
TCW has some great episodes, I especially enjoyed the storylines about individual clones. That deserter guy who Rex meets with the Twi'lek wife, shit like that. This show just looks like some terrible fanfiction brought to life.

>mfw I've been going through TCW for the first time ever and I'm almost already done with season 5 and season 6 is really short
I actually really enjoy it.
I wanna watch Rebels next but I feel it'll suck in comparison.

Rebels has a tighter arc (at least as of s2, haven't seen s3) and more humor, in keeping with the OT. Character development is a bit more consistent. It's better than Disney deserves.
Clone Wars has more thematic range. It delves into philosophical and social problems without taking a polarized approach, it has more and better action sequences, diverse environments, etc. It deftly recycles the themes and tropes that Lucas felt were important to Star Wars. The only real issue I have with it is that Ashoka seems too powerful right off the bat. It's still the better series.

The drop in production values is kind of ridiculous, and the first season is sluggish, but it picks up toward the end and season 2 is much better.

At least give it a shot. The first season sucks but it improves in the second. And season 3 has Grand Admiral Thrawn being given justice, which is just lovely.

I'm still gonna watch Rebels.
To be honest I didn't like the first season of Clone Wars but as I kept watching, it kept getting better and better to point I couldn't stop watching.
Sounds like I'll have the same experience with Rebels.
