It's pretty amazing. I watch every episode anxious that this will be the one where they drop the ball but they never do. It's consistently amazing.

When I started it I absolutely hated it. I expected more of what was in seasons 1 and 2 but a few episodes in I grew to love the new style.

Its strange. When I first watched season 1 from what I heard I expected a super surreal show and I ended up with a super comfy murder mystery.

Now I went into season 3 with the opposite expectations and it ended up being the surreal story I was expecting in the first place. I love it.

Yes. You must watch season 1, season 2, and the film. Personally I thought the film was a struggle to get through but after you've watched it look for the extra scenes on youtube and it all comes together.

Watched season 1 and 2 some years ago. Just have to watch the movie. Season 2 was kinda crap, all the ambiguity was lost.

It's great. It's almost nothing like the original series in tone but I'd much rather it do something unique itself, rather than be some cheap nostalgia trip.
