I know you're new here but I'm going to let you in on how boards work. Just because there is a board dedicated to something doesn't mean that is the only place it can be posted. For example, you can post about retro game and Pokemon games on /v/ even though /vr/ and /vp/ both exist. Same way Initial D could be posted on either /a/ or /o/ because they are both car related. So since this is a TV show it's perfectly acceptable on /tv/.
