I watched Batman v Superman because of /tv/. It wasn't perfect, but it towers above all other capeshit. It was so good I watched the prequel. And Man of Steel didn't quite live up to BvS, but it was still a great movie, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it. So I thought I'd watch the sequel too. Capekino trilogy, right? But no, it's shit. Laughable dialog, boring fight scenes, characters no-one cares about, meme soundtrack. Has there ever been a more disappointing sequel? It's like it's trying to be a Marvel movie. Suicide Squad is trash. I haven't watched Wonder Woman yet, but I have no hope that it'll be good. Did DCEU self-destruct because of idiot critics?

How did that work? Nobody really believes it deserved it, do they? But I can't see it for winning for political reasons, and I don't think it earned enough for bribes, so WTF is going on?

The Snyder trilogy was always going to be MoS, BvS and both parts of Justice League.
SS could have been good, but it feels like it needed to have a Snyder touch to it, particularly in the fighr scenes
