You learned about 4chan from the news or one your edgy friends who told you those fairy tale stories about "the haxor known as 4chan".
Well, new friend.
4chan has never did anything.
It's a cesspool community where majority are lazy losers.
What happens is another group of people decide they want to do something, like raid.
They already have a few numbers but need more trolls.
So they make threads where they all post about doing it.
This gives the illusion that a bunch of random anons are going to do something.
Which is never the case.
The anons gathered from 4chan are just stooges, grunts, etc.
There are always other people pulling the strings and leading the flow of anons.
But 4chan itself has never did anything note worthy.
Everything you've seen on 4chan came from somewhere else.
The best you get from here is the youtubes videos of trolling camsluts, jesus chatlines, etc.
Once and awhile someone will get a good hit like the Jimmy Russels Modesto California incident.
As for /tv/.
There isn't a single thing that would pull the anons together her to cause anything noteworthy to happen.
Instead we get things like baneposting.
