Nearly all the women at my prison were lesbians. It's a hard fucking job. She's more likely to catch a disease like hep B than actually be raped. Max is different than Medium which is what I did. In max you don't really have to communicate with the prisoners like they're people, you just have to let them out to shower, but they are more likely to slip out of their cuffs and stab you.
