How long can this last?

Livestreaming is a loophole in content ID detection. Youtube can't detect these shows in real time. I expect full length movies to be streamed soon.

I remember streaming Mars Attacks! for /tv/ once.

Some of those /tv/ streamers sort of evolved, take a look at joowz or BrettyGood. They aren't on YouTube nor Livestream/Twitch/w/e but they have a following of anons.

This desu. Also they aren't popular enough for YouTube and the IP holders to start whining about. But if they ever do I'm guessing they're gonna detect them by their titles; i.e. it's gonna ring a bell if you're naming your video "SIMPSONS LIVE 24/7"
