Seriously, look this shit up. The script involved Peter cucking his wife to the Vulture's daughter, who was Black Cat as the Vulturess. It was beyond awful and it's good that he stopped there before the fourth movie killed the franchise for good.

I recently rewatched all spider man (raimi 1-3, amazing 1-2) and honestly while raimi 2 is still the best none of the movies captures the persona of Peter Park, both in costume and out, as well as Homecoming. It's honestly like the book version coming to life. Tobey's "quips" never felt quite right and nether did Garfields, he comes across as way to cool and 'hip' and even though the movies are only like four years old they feel dated as fuck.

The only arguments you guys have against Homecoming is /pol/ "muh diversity ruined the film" and "hey look at this crappy cgi"

Raimi's spiderman was great and it's sad how it ended, but Homecoming was a fantastic film and i definitely want to see more from that universe. Bring on the cgi-man.
