thoughts on Trainspotting and the second?

The original is great, the second is crap.
Basically just a cash in on nostalgia and the way Irvine has morphed Begbie into some unstoppable demonic force is ridiculous

LOVED the first one(had to put on subtitles for first viewing but understood it perfectly after one subtitled viewing)

LIKED the second one. Walked outta the theater mostly unimpressed but it stuck with me and the more I thought about it , the more I liked it
