Imagine if Captain America: Civil War had been faithful to it's source material and had this guy in the movie. Would you like it more or less?

tl;dr: There was a fight, civilians got killed and cape was left with PTSD as well as powers which only activated if he felt self-inflicted pain. Hence he wears a new suit with 612 inward-facing spikes, each spike meant to represent one of the 612 kids killed.
