"Endless Poetry" is by far the best film I saw so far this year, I'm not optimistic but has anyone on this board seen it? I thought it was incredible and can't remember the last time I enjoyed a film this much.
The way Jodorowsky is able to take us on a journey such pain and joy within two hours in nothing short of a miracle.
Should I watch The Dance of Reality before this or does it not matter?
You know I'd watch this fucking movie but it isnt playing close to me. Any movies for this feel?

I thought it looked like cheap digital ass.
a step up from dance of reality. It made consistent amounts of metaphorical sense with his trademark surrealism. Also laugh out loud funny (the pianist and the painter and the rest of the introductions to those artists were amazing).
Chris Doyle was good as his DP, but not quite the masterstroke I expected. Still though, some arresting imagery and cute allusions to tati, fellini and Jodorowsky's earlier work.

I had no idea this was a sequel to "Dance of Reality" when I saw it and it still floored me. I'd see it in theaters if you get the chance. It is incredibly rewarding.
Maybe once, I see "Dance of Reality" the experience will be somehow enhanced but even without it, it is one of the best films I've seen in years.
