Things don't have to be "pro-white", but should just let things be, like all movies up until very recently. Like if you depict white or black people, there isn't some huge thing from the casting to the writing constantly emphasizing racism and casting whites in a bad light. Or if a film takes place in, say, a "medieval Europe"-like setting like Middle Earth, then European 'whites' can be depicted as such without any need to problematize it or diversify it pointlessly.

I've seen some horrible shitty toys in SW line. It's hard to compare to current toy lines since they all look shit when I compare them to micromachines I had as a child and hasbro figures. The hotwheels toys with sw characters is absolutely shit, not to mention those huge figures with zero articulation and cheapest chink products with sw logos. It's even worse than when the phantom manace came out.
Whatever the intentions of Disney are and their goals, be it to make money or further agendas, we can see the movies are not made for children nor to be role models, but are instead made for high school/college and older manchildren and wannabe nerds/sjw and so on.

I think they chose to make the franchise more gritty for some reason. Nearly every time she's on screen, Rey is sweating profusely or is red in the face. For Luke, this only seemed to happen at the most intense moments of the film - like Darth Vader's reveal.
