Season 6 & 7 are pretty bad but goddamn 1-5 are fucking great.

It's worth it just to follow Lahey. As the series progresses, he gets drunker and drunker, and you will be rewarded with the "winds of shit" episode.

Shortly thereafter the series has its ups and downs.

As a canadian that's lived in rural non-toronto type areas I can say this show is pretty accurate to what canadian rednecks are like.

The most recent season was actually pretty good, although still not as good as any of the pre-netflix seasons. The season before that was absolutely terrible.
