It seems that they, along with Ro Laren's help, were stopping the Dominion from opening another worm hole in the quadrant for reinforcements. Not a bad excuse to miss all of DS9's actions.

Jazia is my Trekfu. I know people complain that all she does is talk about her past lives, but isn't that the whole point of a Trill? I really liked the episode where she had an initiate and was trying to not be Curzon, because she remembered how awful he treated her. I also think her relationship with Worf and how they look at each other as equals and how carefree she is vs his uptightness really highlights the Jadzia part of her.
