Watchmen was really good brought the comic to life i laugh at the thought of parents taking their children to see the latest superhero movie and see all the violence and realising they fucked up the trailers did make it look like a regular hero movie

>inb4 SQUIID
>inb4 Snyder missed the point of the comic
Anyway the film was fine and probably the best version of "let's make a movie out of this comic" we could get
The hbo series will probably be better though as it has more time to really tell the full story
Rorshack is kino
For all its faults, it repopularized one of the greatest works of film score in the history of the medium https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0RKpmjjpLQ

Some scenes are pure kino, but as a whole movie? Nah, not quite, it's kinda bloated trying to fit such a big comic into one movie, even with cuts.
>It's all one big fucking joke.
